# Quick Start

A mix of Offline and Online events.

**Good to know:** We also provide support to hosting Social events in respective cities as long as there's sufficient value to the Indian Ocean DAO or the values of the Ocean DAO Program!

## Event formats

The current event formats could be any of the following

* Twitter spaces with any socially active protocol
* Physical meetups with Support from Indian Ocean DAO
* Online community calls and social events 
* AMA's supported by Indian Ocean DAO

The best way to interact with our community is through our discord channel & by writing to us about co-hosting events.

The Indian Ocean events typically follow the following formats

* Physical meetups
* Online Community calls, AMAs from our Members
* Workshops covering Ocean Academy and OceanDAO resources
* Open-quest events, Hackathons
* Grand Hacks
