Example of a UI/UX review should turn out to a simple UX experience of how the mentioned website portal is in terms of user experience.
Evaluation criteria:
Did you manage to have a complete experience of the mentioned Project/website?
Did you include the screenshots of the existing designs?
Did you explain what the user goals are for the different areas of the website?
Did you package your review into a nice use-able link leading to a presentation? Example: Notion, Figma slides, Google slides?
